This is a blended coffee made from two different single-source coffees from the hills of Africa and Central America. These coffees were carefully blended to bring out the fruity flavors of the African beans and then the chocolatey flavors of the Central American beans. Imagine a chocolate-covered blueberry in a cup. These flavors are naturally derived from the bean itself and the roasting process.
Both coffee beans are 100% natural and organic. No added flavors, and both beans are dried and processed naturally.
The coffee is always roasted in small batches (Usually less than 2 pounds at a time) and “made to order.” When you order the coffee, that’s usually when the roasting process begins.
