This is a traditional washed coffee from Estelí, Madriz, and Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua cooperatives. It is decaffeinated by the Swiss Water and certified Organic and Fairtrade. 

The flavor profile is bright and clean, with notes of rooibos tea, raspberry leaf, chamomile tea, cardamom, dates, and milk chocolate.
